We will have a powerful evening of releasing stuck energy, connecting with our heart wisdom followed by deep relaxation.

We will use the power of the full moon with a long, healing sound meditation.

The full moon is the time to let go of anything that no longer serves you.

Lammas is the celebration of the first harvest and the bounty of summer. A time of gratitude for all the abundance in our lives.

We are so lucky to have Bob Grimmick, a sonic wellness provider, lead a longer sound meditation for us this month. He creates much loved and sold-out sound meditations throughout San Diego. He will be playing various bowls, gongs and surprise instruments. Learn more here: www.bobsgoodvibes.com

WHAT TO BRING:
The sound meditation will be on the garden patio. Bring yoga mats, blankets, extra padding to lie on, bolsters, an eye mask or washcloth and anything you need to be comfortable lying down. Always bring a journal and pen, anything you need for comfort and warmth, and a mug or refillable water bottle. Tea will be served.
